Mission

Drive growth and revenue for InCryptoland (ICL) by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships in the AI, Tech, and Web3 sectors.

About the Position

As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in expanding InCryptoland's reach. You'll be responsible for identifying new business leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and creating tailored proposals that align with our services. Your focus will be on fostering sales growth and establishing beneficial partnerships across tech ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage lead generation campaigns across different channels.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients and industry partners.
  • Identify customers needs and develop tailored proposals across PR and marketing services.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent InCryptoland and expand our network.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience of meeting sales quota, ideally within the crypto, tech, or related sectors.
  • Experience in working with marketing products.
  • Strong ability to understand clients' needs and unique value propositions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the web3 and tech market.
