Your Mission

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales and establish strong, meaningful partnerships across the AI, Tech, and Web3 sectors on a global scale. Drive growth and revenue for ICL by identifying new business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales (50% focus)
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns across different channels.
  • Identify customers needs and develop tailored proposals across PR and marketing services.
Networking & Partnerships (25% focus)
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients and industry partners.
  • Participate in industry events to represent ICL, build a partnership ecosystem, and contribute as a speaker at workshops or presentations.
  • Organize brand events and community initiatives to expand our network of contacts.
Growth (25% focus)
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.

Expectations

First Month
  • Quickly dive into InCryptoland's services and processes, explore market trends, and build a list of key prospects and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the founding partner to improve services and develop compelling sales materials.
  • Close 3+ deals by focusing on high-quality leads in the pipeline and launching targeted lead generation campaign.
First 3 Months.
  • Achieve at least 15 closed deals by the end of the third month.
  • Develop customized campaigns for major clients, establishing ICL as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Build strong relationships with at least 5 key industry players, such as AI or Web3 thought leaders, to enhance long-term collaboration opportunities.
  • Evaluate and optimize the sales process to shorten the sales cycle and improve conversion rates.
First year.
  • Archive revenue goals by closing high-ticket deals, including partnerships that deliver sustained revenue streams.
  • Build a scalable, repeatable sales process to consistently drive company revenue.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of 100+ key industry contacts, including potential clients, partners, and influencers.
  • Participate in or host 5+ industry events to boost ICL's brand.
  • Develop a long-term strategy for sustainable business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in working with marketing products.
  • A proactive approach to identifying clients' needs and new business opportunities, high level of autonomy.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like Apollo or similar platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing and content-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong networking skills and a well-established partnership ecosystem in web3 and tech sectors.
  • Knowledge of the web3 and tech market.
  • Comfortable in a multifunctional role. Can thrive while simultaneously driving a major initiative with a lot of secondary but still important responsibilities.
  • Bonus point: experience in organizing events and developing communities.
